Refund Policy – OG MEG
At OG MEG, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully:
- If any pending payment is not cleared within 15 days, your booking will be automatically canceled. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- For award nominations, all profiles are reviewed and evaluated by our expert panel. Once selected, you are required to submit the requested information within 7 business days. Failure to do so may result in delays, for which you will be responsible.
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances—this applies to awards as well as any website-related features. If you do not respond after being nominated, and we are unable to reach you after three attempts, your nomination will be canceled without any refund.
