Refund Policy – OG MEG

At OG MEG, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully:

1. If any pending payment is not cleared within 15 days, your booking will be automatically canceled. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
2. For award nominations, all profiles are reviewed and evaluated by our expert panel. Once selected, you are required to submit the requested information within 7 business days. Failure to do so may result in delays, for which you will be responsible.
3. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances—this applies to awards as well as any website-related features. If you do not respond after being nominated, and we are unable to reach you after three attempts, your nomination will be canceled without any refund.
