Security forces in Saudi Arabia also reported intercepting several drones targeting key locations.
Officials stated that one drone was shot down near the Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter, an area that houses many embassies and diplomatic missions.
Additional drones were intercepted in eastern parts of the country, including one that authorities said was heading toward the Shaybah Oil Field, a major energy facility.
